Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your NEC UK account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique return authorization code.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your pre-paid Royal Mail return label from our portal, then attach it clearly to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous delivery information.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any local Post Office branch and retain your proof of postage; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of reaching our warehouse.
